Marketing Coordinator (m/f)
Located in Warsaw

Context

Our team, based in Warsaw, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join on a full-time basis. This is a vital addition to the team in the continuing dynamic development of SES in CEE region. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and supporting of the development of marketing and communication projects in Czech Republic, Slovakia and other CEE countries.

Responsibilities
? Preparation and execution of marketing plans for Czech Republic, Slovakia and support for other CEE markets.
? Close cooperation with customers and market partners including Points of Sales, Installers and Industry bodies.
? Organization and participation in conferences and customer events towards support sale of satellite capacity in the region.
? Coordination of Web activities in CEE region and communication with SES Headquarter in Luxembourg and local agencies. Preparation of web content and providing regular updates for extranet platforms.
? Monitoring Czech and Slovak as well as other CEE online portals to track communications related to the ASTRA brand of a company and competitors' activities.
? Content production for electronic direct mail campaigns, newsletters, leaflets, advertisements, brochures and other materials.

Competencies:
Qualifications & Experience

? University degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
? Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience with a multinational company in DTH, cable TV, TV channels broadcast or telecommunications industry.
? Well-rounded experience of delivering marketing and PR activities including Trade Marketing, Content Production, Web & E-Marketing, Social Media and PR.
? Experience in marketing plan execution, budgeting and planning. Local adaption of corporate brand guidelines.
? A familiarity with CRM and Finance systems is required.
? Organizational Skills
Essential is the ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive tasks in a demanding environment in a timely manner.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Takes responsibility for problem solving and getting the job done
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required and strong interpersonal skills are essential qualities for this role
Strong internal communicator, who coordinates with the wider marketing team, sales and business development
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
? Language Skills
Fluent English required, working knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech is an advantage

Junior Accountant with Slovak (Accounts Payable)

Key responsibilities may include:
? Processing and coding invoices in accordance with Accenture and client invoicing procedures
? Reversing invoices for incorrect hosting
? Blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request
? Monitoring blocked and parked invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis
? Handling with customer's requests
? Raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions process with business vendor

Qualifications
? Fluent English
? Very good Slovak communication skills (written & spoken)
? Approx. 1 year experience in accounting (preferable in Accounts Payable)
? Excel and Word skills
? Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
? Ability to work analytically, focus on details ang high accuracy
? Very good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
? Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w kontakcie z klientem: telefoniczne, on-line (min. 6m-cy)
